Tinka & Co. London Pop-Up Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility
The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Tinka & Co. London. Each participant may enter only once.

2. How to Enter
To enter, participants must join the Tinka & Co. London waiting list and consent to receive emails, subscribing them to our newsletter. Entry is open from 00:01 GMT on Wednesday 6th November 2024 until midnight GMT on Sunday 10th November 2024.

3. Prizes
The prizes include:

- One Tinka & Co. London dog bed in size Classic (60 cm in diameter) from the Mayfair collection (worth £375) or Wimbledon collection (worth £345).

- One dog pillow from the Mayfair collection (worth £69).

- Three bone toys from the Wimbledon collection (worth £25 each).

Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Winners will choose the colour of their prize from available stock shown on our website.

4. Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be selected at random and contacted via email in the week commencing 11th November 2024. They must respond by midnight on Sunday 24th November 2024 to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond by this time, they forfeit their prize, and no alternative will be provided.

5. Prize Delivery
Prizes will be dispatched within two weeks of confirmation of winners' details. Tracking information will be provided, but Tinka & Co. London is not liable for any lost or undelivered parcels once they have been dispatched. We will do our best to assist with tracking if an issue arises, but a replacement prize will not be issued.

6. Publicity
By entering, participants agree that Tinka & Co. London may use their first name in marketing materials related to this competition.

7. Modifications
Tinka & Co. London reserves the right to amend or cancel the competition and prizes if necessary.

8. Limitation of Liability
Tinka & Co. London is not responsible for any technical issues or lost entries. No liability is accepted for entries not received for any reason.

9. Data Protection and GDPR Compliance
Participants' email addresses will be collected via our Shopify system and used solely for the purposes of this competition and subscribing them to our newsletter. Tinka & Co.
